The Future of the Ukraine Barbershop and the Policing Model
Ukraine’s interior ministry is the middle of the trouble. In a report to the attorney general, it wrote that there is”suspicion that a high number of employees employed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs were involved in organized crime”. The internal affairs officer says that more than a million are suspected of such activity, and,”A few of them have been detained.” Things do not look good. I doubt if the image of the ministry was in any way 23, that they would want to sabotage a vote for re-election. And I am not sure that this will help . It could go the way of the recent failures. I am quite sure that those two items would not work together.
Is it possible to bring back the services of the Ukraine barbershop? How hard is it to restore a support that is crucial to the people of Ukraine? If nothing else, it will choose the mood of the government and the nation to get back on track.

Ukrainians are looking to learn about American barbers. They ought to be careful, however, to not start seeing the barbershop as a symbol of European civilization, because that is not the case. Because that doesn’t serve anyone but there is no use in trying to turn the clock back.
Make sure you make time to have a look at the neighborhood barbershop. One of the first things you will notice is the difference in the atmosphere. You will probably see the difference in the appearance of the barbers. There is going to be a feeling of change, and the barbershop will be there to welcome it.
There’ll be less conflict over who’s cutting hair as well as the other way round. There will not be as much rudeness, too. It is better for the people of Ukraine that things go back to normal.
Now, I must confess that I did not like the notion of going to a Ukrainian barbershop myself. My friend and I traveled to a place and we were both happy. I can’t say I am the same way. I will admit that I might like to go to Ukraine one day and meet a few of the guys who used to cut my own hair.
